خلفية البحث وأهدافه: يعتبر مرض السرطان ثالث أكبر اسباب الوفيات شيوعا. وإن الإهتمام بالمتغيرات النفسية والمعنوية بالإضافة الى استخدام الادوية يمكن أن يكون مؤثراً في التحسن من هذا المرض. لذلك، أجريت هذه الدراسة لتحديد العلاقة بين التجارب المعنوية والأمل مع العيش في اللحظة لدى الرجال المصابين بالسرطان في طهران عام 2016.
منهجية البحث: اجريت هذه الدراسة الوصفية بطريقة ارتباطية واشتمل المجتمع الاحصائي للدراسة، جميع الرجال المصابين بالسرطان الذين تمت مراجعتهم الى مستشفى الإمام الخميني (رض) ومستشفى شهداء تجريش في مدينة طهران عام 2016. وقد تم اختيار 100 منهم بطريقة اخذ عينة متاحة مبنية على الهدف. ومن اجل جمع البيانات تم استخدام استبيان "اندروود والرهيب" للتجارب المعنوية واستبيان الأمل لـ"شنايدر" والعيش في اللحظة الراهنة للـ"سبهوند وعرب". تم تحليل البيانات من خلال المناهج الاحصائية بما في ذلك تحليل الإنحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. تمت مراعاة جميع الموارد الأخلاقية في هذا البحث واضافة الى هذا فإن مؤلفي البحث لم يشيروا الى اي تضارب في المصالح.
الكشوفات: وفقا للكشوفات هناك علاقة ايجابية وذات دلالة احصائية بين الأمل والعيش في الحاضر (01/0p<) وكذلك بين التجارب المعنوية وبين العيش في الحاضر (05/0p<).
الاستنتاج: يبدو أن المعالِجين يجب أن يأخذوا بعين الاعتبار الدور الإيجابي للموارد النفسية والمعنوية المتنوعة في تقبل مرض السرطان وتحسينه.
إن التجربة المعنوية بما في ذلك الارتباط مع الله سبحانه والدعاء وتلقي المعنوية في الحياة تستطيع أن تساعد في السلوك الاكثر تكيفا في المصابين بالسرطان مثل الحياة الهادفة وتجربة الحياة في اللحظة الراهنة. في نهاية المطاف، يمكن أن تساعد هذه الموارد في التنمية الفردية وقدرة المريض على إعادة تعريف المرض.
