دور الإتجاه الديني في تحمل الاضطرابات النفسية وصعوبة تنظيم العاطفة لدى طلاب جامعة طهران

خلفية البحث وأهدافه: نظرا للأدلة المتاحة من التأثيرات السلبية للإضطرابات النفسية ومشاكل التنظيم العاطفي مدى الحياة، أصبحت المحاولة للعثور على العمليات التحتية ذات أهمية بالغة. وبما ان الدين هو احد العوامل التي لها علاقة وثيقة مع النظم والصحة النفسية، فأجري هذا البحث بغرض دراسة دور الاتجاهات الدينية في تحمل الاضطرابات النفسية (الإكتئاب والقلق والتوتر) وصعوبة تنظيم العاطفة.
منهجية البحث: تم هذا البحث بالمنهج الوصفي - التضامني وقد اشتمل المجتمع الاحصائي، جميع طلاب جامعة طهران عام 2015-2016. وقد اختير منهم 211 طالبا (120 طالبة) من الكليات المختلفة بطريقة اخذ العينة العنقودية ذات المراحل المتعددة، ثم قام الطلاب بملء استبیان الاتجاه الديني (RAS-R) واستبیان صعوبة تنظيم العاطفة (DERS-16) واستبيان الإكتئاب والقلق والتوتر (DASS-21). تمت تجزئة المعطيات وتحليلها بمعامل ارتباط بيرسون وتحليل الإنحدار (رغرسيون) المتعدد. تمت مراعاة جميع الموارد الاخلاقية في هذا البحث واضافة الى هذا فإن مؤلفي المقالةلم يشيروا الى تضارب المصالح.
الكشوفات: اظهرت النتائج ان هناك علاقة سلبية كبيرة بين الإتجاه الديني وبين الإكتئاب والقلق والتوتر. كذلك توجد علاقة سلبية كبيرة بين القلق والأبعاد المعنوية الداخلية والعبادة والاخلاق. كما ان البعد الاخلاقي استطاع ان يتنبأ مشكلة القلق. اضافة الى هذا، فإن البعد الاخلاقي يمتلك القوة التنبؤية بشأن عناصر عدم وجود السيطرة للإنفعالات ومحدودية الوصول لإستراتيجيات تنظيم العاطفة، كما أنه بإمكان بعد المعنوية الذاتية التنبؤ بعنصر رفض العاطفة.
الإستنتاج: وفقا لنتائج الدراسة هذه، يمكن الإستنتاج بأن أبعاد التوجه الديني قد تؤثر سلبا على صعوبات تنظيم العاطفة والقلق والإكتئاب والتوتر. لذلك فمن الضروري الإهتمام بالإتجاه الديني في باثولوجيا اضطرابات القلق وبالتالي الاهتمام بالإجراءات التصحيحية في هذا المجال.
