خلفية البحث وأهدافه: يعتبر السلوك الانجابي من المحددات الهامة للديناميات السكانية. فإنخفاض معدل الخصوبة وشيخوخة السكان وتقلص القوى العاملة من التحديات الكبرى التي ستواجه المجتمع الايراني في المستقبل. ونظرا للأهمية البالغة للموضوع، جرت هذه الدراسة لغرض تحديد حالة الموقف الديني والسلوك الانجابي لدى النساء المراجعات للمراكز الصحية تحت رعاية جامعة الشهيد بهشتي للعلوم الطبية في طهران.
منهجية البحث: اشتمل المجمتع الاحصائي لهذه الدراسة المستعرضة، جميع النساء المراجعات الى المراكز الصحية المرتبطة بجامعة الشهيد بهشتي للعلوم الطبية والتي اختيرت 200 مرأة ذات معايير الإدراج عن طريق اخذ العينيات المتاحة. وقد احتوت اداة جمع المعطيات، الاستبيانات ذات ثلاثة اقسام وهي تشمل المعلومات الديموغرافية والأسئلة التي تحدد السلوك الانجابي والموقف الديني. وقد استخدمت الاحصاءات الوصفية وتحليل التبايل لتجزئة المعطيات وتحليلها. كما قد اتخذت مستوى الدلالة 05/0 بعين الاعتبار. تمت مراعاة جميع الموارد الاخلاقية في هذا البحث واضافة الى هذا فإن مؤلفي المقالة لم يشيروا الى تضارب المصالح.
المكشوفات: في هذه الدراسة کان متوسط الإنحراف المعیاري من العمر في الوحدات البحثیة 6/1 ± 24/29.
وكذلك كان متوسط± الانحراف المعياري لعدد اعضاء الاسرة، عدد الاولاد، عمر الزواج، مدة الزواج والفترة الزمنية بين الزواج والحمل الاول على التوالي: 79/0 ± 16/3 نفرا،78/0 ± 8/1نفرا ، /5 ± 5/8 سنة، 39/24 ± 74/24 شهراً و47/4 ± 02/21سنة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم تقييم مستوى الموقف الديني لأكثر الوحدات البحثية (5/67 بالمائة) بأنها جيدة.
وأظهرت نتائج اختبار تحليل التباين، وجود علاقة كبيرة بين المستويات المختلفة للموقف الديني وبين السلوك الإنجابي.
النتیجة: تؤكد هذه الدراسة على أهمية خاصة للمعتقدات الدينية في السلوك الإنجابي. فمن المستحسن في البرامج التعليمية والإرشادية التي يقام بها من اجل تحسين السلوك الإنجابي، ان يتم ايلاء الاهتمام الخاص للإيمان وللمعتقدات الدينية للأفراد لكي يرتفع مستوى كل من الامرين المهمين.
