خلفية البحث وأهدافه: تعتبر المعتقدات الدينية من العوامل الرئيسية في حياة الإنسان ويمكن أن يكون لها تأثير ملحوظ على صحته العقلية. ولذلك، فالهدف من هذا البحث، دراسة العلاقة بين المواقف الدينية والأعراض النفسية لدى النساء الحوامل المحولات التي تمت مراجعتهن للمراكز الصحية والطبية في مدينة ارومية عام 2016.
منهجية البحث: ان هذه الدراسة الوصفية - المستعرضة من نوع البحث الارتباطي و تم اختيار 350 امرأة حامل التي تمت مراجعهتا للمراكز الصحية والطبية الريفية في مدينة ارومية في الربع الأخير من عام 2016. تم اختيارهن عن طريق أخذ عينة عشوائية عنقودية ذات مرحلتين. وكانت الأداة المستخدمة في هذا البحث استبيانا متكوناً من ثلاثة أجزاء، الجزء الأول عن المعلومات الديموغرافية يشمل 8 أسئلة، والجزء الثاني عن الموقف الديني يتكون من 25 سؤال، والجزء الثالث يتعلق بتقييم الاكتئاب والتوتر والاضطراب ويشتمل على 21 أسئلة. أكملت النساء الحوامل الاستبيانات، بعد شرح الغرض من الدراسة لهن وكسب موافقتهن على اجراء عينة البحث. تم تحليل البیانات بواسطة اختبارt ، اختبار مربع كاي، الانحدار الخطي ومعامل الارتباط. تمت مراعاة جميع الموارد الاخلاقية في هذا البحث؛ وإن مؤلفي المقالةلم يشيروا الى اي تضارب في المصالح.
الكشوفات: هناك ارتباط كبير و عكسي بين الموقف الديني وبين الاكتئاب والقلق والتوتر. وهذا يعني أنه مع ازدياد المواقف والمعتقدات الدينية، ينخفض الاكتئاب والقلق والتوتر عند النساء الحوامل (001/0P<) كما أن هناك علاقة إيجابية وذات دلالة احصائية بين تراكيب الاكتئاب والقلق والتوتر، حيث تزداد حالة القلق والتوتر عندما تزداد حالة الاكتئاب (001/0P<).
الاستنتاج: بناء على النتائج، يمكن أن تؤدي المواقف الدينية الأقوى إلى تحسين مستوى الصحة العقلية للحوامل.
