ایمنی و مسائل اخلاق زیستی در نانوبیوتکنولوژی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نانوبیوتکنولوژی حوزهای است با رشد سریع و زمینههای متنوع که توجه بسیاری از محققین را به خود معطوف نموده است. تحقیقات بسیار زیادی در این زمینه در حال انجام است، اما مسأله نگرانکننده در این باره عدم توجه و رشد کافی مباحث اخلاقی و ایمنی زیستی در این حوزه است. این مطالعه با هدف شناخت جنبههای اخلاقی و ایمنی زیستی نانوبیوتکنولوژی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مروری برای بازیابی متون مرتبط، جستجوی اینترنتی هدفمند با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی اصلی «Nanobiotechnology» AND «Biosafety» OR «Bioethics» در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی داخلی و بینالمللی انجام شد.
یافتهها: علیرغم روند رو به رشد مطالعات اخلاقی و ایمنی زیستی نانوبیوتکنولوژی، هنوز اختلاف چشمگیری نسبت به این دست مطالعات در جوامع بینالمللی مشهود است. اخیراً با تشکیل انواع سازمانها، کمیتهها، کارگروههای مختلف گامهای مفیدی در این راه برداشته شده است. همچنین دستورالعملها، استانداردها، پروتکلهای اجرایی استاندارد و راهنماهایی از این قبیل تدوین و در دسترس عموم قرار گرفته است. نکته قابل توجه در این زمینه، بهروزرسانی و تبادل اطلاعات دایمی با جوامع بینالمللی است که کمک به سزایی در به حداقلرساندن خطرات احتمالی نانوبیوتکنولوژی میکند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشاندهنده عدم وجود کنترل و نظارت کافی بر مطالعات نانوبیوتکنولوژی است. با توجه به پیشرفت نانوبیوتکنولوژی در ایران و وجود حوزه فعالیت گسترده این علم، توجه خاص به مسائل اخلاقی و ایمنی زیستی از یکسو و بررسی جنبههای مختلف و آینده محتمل تحقیقات از سوی دیگر در این زمینه امری ضروری است.
