چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آموزش های دوران بارداری بر آمادگی جسمانی، عاطفی و روانی خانوادهها برای زایمان و ارتقاء سلامتی و بهبود رفتارهای سبک زندگی در طول سال های باروری تمرکز میکنند و در این آموزش ها، والدین اطلاعات شناختی درباره تغییرات جسمی و روانی حاملگی، زایمان، والد شدن، مهارت های غلبه یافتن در لیبر را کسب می کنند. هدف از انجام اين مطالعه تعيين دیدگاه مادران باردار در زمینه کارایی کلاس های آموزشی دوران بارداری بر آمادگی برای زایمان طبیعی، دوران پس از زایمان و شیردهی در مراجعین به مراکز بهداشتی شهرستان دزفول در سال 1394 بود.
روش و مواد: مطالعه به روش توصيفی – تحلیلی انجام شد. تعداد 250 زن باردار که داراي مشخصات افراد شرکت کننده در پژوهش بودند، با نمونه گيري سهميه اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري دادهها پرسشنامه شامل مشخصات دموگرافيک، سؤالات آگاهي نسبت به نوع زايمان و دیدگاه مادران باردار در زمینه کارایی کلاس های آموزشی دوران بارداری برای آمادگی برای زایمان طبیعی، دوران پس از زایمان و شیردهی بود. اعتبار پرسشنامه با اعتبار محتوي و پايايي پرسشنامه با آزمون مجدد تاييد شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماریSPSS-20 انجام شد. P کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: بیشتر زنان شرکت کننده در مطالعه (2/54%) داراي آگاهي در حد متوسط نسبت به نوع زايمان بودند. همچنین شرکت کنندگان بعد از آموزش معتقد بودند که کلاس های آموزشی قبل از زایمان در زمینه آمادگی برای زایمان طبیعی به میزان (6/93%)، آمادگی برای دوره پس از زایمان (6/75%) و آمادگی برای شیردهی (100%) به آنها کمک کرد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد کلاس های آموزشی قبل از زایمان در انتخاب نوع زايمان و آمادگی برای زایمان طبیعی نقش دارد به همین دلیل توصيه مي شود اين آموزش ها در کنار مراقبت هاي بارداري به کليه زنان باردار داده شود.
