اثر بخشی آموزش تنطیم هیجان بر ناگویی خلقی و سلامت عمومی دانش آموزان دارای اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش فعالی در مقطع دورۀ دوم متوسطه: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: توجه به سلامت روانی دانش آموزان امری بدیهی و مسلم است و دانش آموزان دارای ADHD بدلیل شرایط خاصی که دارند به توجه بیشتری نیازمند هستند و هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر بخشی تنظیم هیجان بر ناگویی خلقی و سلامت عمومی دانش آموزان دارای اختلال انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه به عنوان یک مطالعه راهنما بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دورۀ دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی شهر ارومیه در سال تحصیلی 99 1398 بود. دو دبیرستان پسرانه و دو دبیرستان دخترانه به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای تصادفی انتخاب و چهل دانش آموزش دارای اختلال توسط پرسشنامه های فرم کوتاه والد کارنرز(1978)، ناگویی خلقی تورنتو (1986) و سلامت عمومی گلدربرگ (1979) ارزیابی و در دو گروه تصادفی گمارش شدند. افراد گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه درمان تنظیم هیجان را دریافت کردند اما گروه گواه درمانی دریافت نکرد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس با کمک نرم افزارSPSS-20 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) ناگویی خلقی در گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون از (76/7) 63/54 به مقدار پایین تر (32/4) 77/42 در پس آزمون تغییر یافته است (001/0>P). میانگین (انحراف معیار) سلامت عمومی در گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون از (69/9) 48/25 به مقدار بالاتر (12/6) 47/37 در پس آزمون تغییر یافته است. در گروه گواه میانگین (انحراف معیار) ناگویی خلقی و سلامت عمومی در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوت چندانی نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که درمان آموزش نظم جویی هیجان بر سلامت عمومی دانش آموزان دارای ADHD مؤثر است. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند در آموزش نوجوانان برای ارتقاي سلامت عمومی و کاهش ناگویی خلقی دارای اختلال مثمرثمر واقع شود.
