بررسی تفاوت سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در زنان ویژه معتاد و غیر معتاد (مطالعه موردی شهر تهران)

چکیده
چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای پرخطر زنان ویژه رابطه قوی با مصرف مواد دارد. علاوهبراین، سبک زندگی نقش حیاتی در شیوع این مشکلات اجتماعی دارد. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تفاوت سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در زنان ویژه معتاد و غیر معتاد انجام شد.
روش و مواد: نوع مطالعه از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. 120 زن شامل،60 معتاد روسپی و 60 روسپی غیر معتاد شهر تهران در سال 1395 به روش نمونهگيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسشنامه مقياس سبک زندگي ارتقاء دهنده سلامتي(HPLP II) را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری و نرمافزار SPSS-20مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: در ابعاد تغذیه و روابط بین فردی میانگین در گروه روسپی غیرمعتاد بیشتر از زنان معتاد روسپی (001/0=P) و در سطح معنویت (001/0=P)، مسئولیت (008/0=P) و مدیریت استرس (015/0=P ) زنان روسپی غیر معتاد نسبت به زنان معتاد روسپی پایینتر بود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که اگرچه سبک زندگی ناسالم در زنان معتاد روسپی و روسپی غیرمعتاد بالا است، ولی در ابعاد سبک زندگی بین دو گروه زنان معتاد روسپی و روسپی غیر معتاد تفاوت وجود دارد.
