سنجش سازه هاي الگوی باور سلامتی در زمينه خود مراقبتي دوران بارداري در زنان مراجعه کننده به شبکه بهداشت جنوب تهران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: فعاليت هاي خود مراقبتي در دوران بارداري مي تواند در کاهش پيامدهاي نامطلوب بارداري اثر بخش باشد. الگوی باور سلامتی يکي از کاربردي ترين الگو ها براي نيازسنجي آموزشي جهت طراحي و اجراي مداخلات آموزشي مي باشد. هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي وضعيت زنان باردار در زمينه خود مراقبتي دوران بارداري بر مبناي الگوی باور سلامتی بود.
روش و مواد: اين مطالعه مقطعی با مشارکت 270 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت شهري تحت پوشش شبکه بهداشت جنوب تهران انجام شد. وضعيت زنان باردار در زمينه خود مراقبتي دوران بارداري از طريق پرسشنامه سه قسمتي دموگرافيک، آگاهي و نگرش مبتني بر سازه هاي الگوی باور سلامتی اندازه گيري و توسط نرم افزار آماري SPSS18 تحليل شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه، 2/92 درصد از زنان باردار داراي سطح آگاهي قوي در زمينه خود مراقبتي دوران بارداري بودند. مطالعه نشان داد که نمره کسب شده توسط اکثر زنان مورد بررسي در زمينه سازه هاي شدت درک شده، خود کارآمدي درک شده و راهنماها براي عمل در سطح قوي بود ولي اکثر زنان در زمينه سازه هاي حساسيت درک شده، منافع و موانع درک شده نمره ضعيف کسب کردند.
نتیجه گیری: الگوی باور سلامتی مي تواند به عنوان ابزاري مناسب جهت ارزيابي وضعيت زنان باردار در زمينه انجام رفتارهاي خود مراقبتي و نیز چارچوبی برای طراحي و اجراي مداخلات آموزشی باهدف ارتقاء این رفتارها استفاده گردد.
