مداخله از راه دور در دوران پاندمی کویید-19: اثربخشی مصاحبه انگیزشی شبکه محور بر شاخص های بیماری و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در بیماران دیابت نوع 2

چکیده
زمینه و مقدمه: دیابت چالش بزرگی برای سیستم بهداشت جهانی به خصوص در دوران همه گیری کویید-19 است پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مصاحبه انگیزشی شبکه محور و غیر حضوری بر شاخص های بیماری و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت انجام شد. اهمیت ارایه خدمات درمانی دیابت از راه دور برای کنترل بیماری بیشتر شده است.
روش و مواد: طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعه کنندگان کلینیک غدد بیمارستان امام خمینی و پایگاه های سلامت شهر تهران بودند. تعداد 30 نفر که دارای ملاکهای ورود به مطالعه بودند به طور در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تخصیص یافتند. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-26 و از طریق آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و روش آمیخته تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که به طور معنادار موجب کاهش شاخص قند خون سه ماهه (011/0=P، 106/5=F) و قند خون ناشتا (041/0=P، 511/3=F) شده است (05/0>P). همچنین نتایج تحلیل مدل آمیخته بر کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت نشان داد که اثر تعاملی گروه× زمان بر مؤلفه سلامت جسمانی (820/0= P ،116/0 =F)، مولفه سلامت روانی (294/0= P ،237/1 =F) و کیفیت زندگی (724/0= P ،255/0 =F)، در سطح 05/0 معنادار نیست. نتایج نشان داد مداخله مصاحبه انگیزشی، شاخص قند خون ناشتا و هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله در گروه آزمایش را تحت تاثیر قرار داد ولی بر متغیر کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت این تاثیر معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که مصاحبه انگیزشی شبکه محور میتواند به عنوان مداخله موثر از راه دور به کنترل قند خون کمک کند. مطالعات آتی می توانند تصویر کامل تری از تاثیر مصاحبه انگیزشی بر کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت ارایه دهند.
