اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر رابطه والد فرزندی والدین کودکان کمتوان ذهنی آموزشپذیر

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه اهمیت کیفیت زندگی در کودکان کم توان ذهنی مورد توجه روزافزون قرار گرفته است. با توجه به نقش والدین در بهبود کیفیت زندگی کودکان کمتوان ذهنی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر رابطه والد فرزندی والدین کودکان کمتوان ذهنی آموزشپذیر انجام شد.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش والدین کودکان کمتوان ذهنی بودند که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 در شیراز مشغول به تحصیل بودند و بر مبنای سن و سطح تحصیلات همتا شدند. نمونه پژوهش 30 نفر از والدین دارای فرزند کمتوان ذهنی بودند که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بهشکل تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، هر گروه 15 نفر قرار گرفتند. آموزش به صورت حضوری به مدت هشت جلسه دوساعته، در هر هفته یک جلسه و با رعایت پروتکلهای بهداشتی برگزار شد. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه رابطه والد فرزند گردآوری شد و با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری و تک متغیری و با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) حل تعارض گروه آزمایش از (1/6) 6/47 در پیشآزمون به (2/8) 9/51 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0P=). همچنین میانگین (انحراف معیار) پذیرش فرزند گروه آزمایش از (5/4) 9/36 در پیشآزمون به (9/5) 41 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0P=). در گروه گواه نمرات پذیرش فرزند و حل تعارض در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشت. همچنین نتایج تحلیل کوریانس تک متغیری نشان داد که بین ابعاد رابطه والد و فرزند دو گروه گواه و آزمایش در مرحله پسآزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد آموزش مهارتهای زندگی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی، موجب افزایش پذیرش فرزند و حل تعارض در والدین کودکان کمتوان ذهنی آموزشپذیر شد. لذا استفاده از این مداخله در حوزه برای خانوادههای دارای کودکان کمتوان ذهنی سودمند به نظر میرسد.
