چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سالمندان به دليل از دست دادن حمايت اجتماعي، مشاركت كمتر در اجتماع و انزواي بيشتر، دچار احساس
غم و اندوه مي شوند كه منجر به احساس تنهايي در آنها مي شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان تصویرسازی از طریق بازپردازش اطلاعات و درمان خاطره پردازی انسجامی بر احساس تنهایی، نگرانی، امید به زندگی و کیفیت زندگی سالمندان انجام شد.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع گروه گواه با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه بود. این مطالعه با مشارکت 60 نفر از افراد 60 سال به بالا مقیم در خانه سالمندان واقع در استان گیلان که به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه جایگزین شدند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه های نگرانی پنسیلوانیا، مقیاس کیفیت زندگی، مقیاس امید به زندگی و احساس تنهایی بود که برای هر دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه، قبل و بعد از مداخله تکمیل گردید. سپس مداخله ﺧﺎﻃﺮهﭘﺮدازي انسجامی طی شش جلسه و مداخله تصویرسازی ازطریق بازپردازش اطلاعات طی هفت جلسه برای
گروه های آزمایش مختص خود، اجرا شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: در گروه خاطره پردازی، میانگین (انحراف معیار) امید به زندگی از (1/2) 5/19 در پیش آزمون به (1/1) 7/28 در
پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (1/1) 7/30 (001/0P<) ودر گروه تصویرسازی از (7/1) 9/19 در پیش آزمون
به (1/1) 4/26 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (1/1) 4/28 افزایش یافت (001/0P<). در گروه خاطره پردازی، میانگین (انحراف معیار) کیفیت زندگی از (8/1) 4/63 در پیش آزمون به (9/2) 3/73 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (6/1) 3/75 (001/0P<) و در گروه تصویرسازی کیفیت زندگی از (4/1) 3/63 در پیش آزمون به (9/1) 9/73 در
پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (9/1) 9/75 افزایش یافت (001/0p<). در گروه خاطره پردازی، میانگین (انحراف معیار) احساس تنهایی از (5/1) 4/82 در پیش آزمون به (9/2) 3/72 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله
پیگیری (6/2) 4/70 (001/0P<) و در گروه تصویرسازی احساس تنهایی از (4/1) 7/82 در پیش آزمون به (6/1) 6/75 در
پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (5/1) 6/73 کاهش یافت (001/0P<). در گروه خاطره پردازی، میانگین
(انحراف معیار) نگرانی از (6/1) 4/52 در پیش آزمون به (7/1) 7/44 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (7/1) 7/42 (001/0P<) و در گروه تصویرسازی نگرانی از (3/2) 8/52 در پیش آزمون به (1/1) 7/40 درپس آزمون (001/0>P) و در مرحله پیگیری (1/1) 7/38 کاهش یافت (001/0P<). در گروه گواه میانگین (انحراف معیار) امید به زندگی، کیفیت زندگی، احساس تنهایی و نگرانی تفاوتی نشان نداد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان خاطره پردازی انسجامی نسبت به تصویرسازی از طریق بازپردازش اطلاعات در افزایش امید به زندگی و کاهش احساس تنهایی سالمندان اثربخشی بیشتری داشت. تصویرسازی از طریق بازپردازش اطلاعات نسبت به درمان خاطره پردازی انسجامی در کاهش نگرانی سالمندان اثربخشی بیشتری داشت. با این حال، تفاوتی بین دو مداخله در مورد کیفیت زندگی وجود نداشت.
