مدل ساختاری رابطه خودکارآمدی در مدیریت دیابت، سبک زندگی و ادراک بیماری با ارتقاء رفتار خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت با میانجیگری سرمایه روانشناختی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماری دیابت یک اختلال متابولیکی است که با بسیاری از مشکلات جدی پزشکی، روانپزشکی، خانوادگی، شغلی، قانونی و مالی رابطه دارد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی در رابطه بین خودکارآمدی در مدیریت دیابت، سبک زندگی و ادراک بیماری با رفتار خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو در دو کشور ایران و دانمارک می باشد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه همبستگی با مشارکت بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 عضو انجمن دیابت استان مازندران و شهر ارهوس کشور دانمارک انجام گرفت. تعداد نمونه 432 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت، سبک زندگی، ادراک بیماری، سرمایه روانشناختی و مقیاس خودکارآمدی مدیریت دیابت جمع آوری شد. براي تجزیه و تحليل داده های پژوهش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با بکارگیری نرم افزارهای SPSS-22 و SmartPLS 3.3.3 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن در گروه بیماران ایرانی 1/42 (8/7) و بیماران دانمارکی 6/40 (3/7) بود. ادراک بیماری (645/0 =β، 992/9t=)، سبک زندگی (423/0 =β، 374/4t=)، خودکارآمدی (475/0 =β، 091/5t=) و سرمایه روانشناختی (501/0 =β، 876/8t= ) به صورت مستقیم و مثبت بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بین بیماران ایرانی اثر داشت. همچنین در بین بیماران دانمارکی ادراک بیماری (624/0 =β، 974/9t=)، سبک زندگی (355/0 =β، 109/3t=)، خودکارآمدی (467/0 =β، 859/4t=) و سرمایه روانشناختی (506/0 =β، 908/8t=) به صورت مستقیم و مثبت بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی تأثیرگذار بود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد سرمایه روانشناختی در رابطه بین خودکارآمدی، ادراک بیماری و سبک زندگی با رفتار خودمراقبتی نقش واسطه ای داشت، به این صورت که با اثر مستقیم خودکارآمدی بر سرمایه روانشناختی، ادراک بیماری و سبک زندگی، رفتار خودمراقبتی افزایش یافت.
