تأثیر الگوی فرانظری تغییر رفتار بر فعالیت جسمانی کارکنان مرکز بهداشت استان مرکزی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کارمندان از جمله گروه های کم تحرک جامعه می باشند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر مداخلات مناسب سازی محل کار به منظور افزایش فعالیت جسمانی و ورزش کارکنان با استفاده از مدل فرانظری تغییر است.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مداخله ای نیمه تجربی است که با مشارکت 90 نفر از کارمندان ستاد معاونت بهداشتی استان مرکزی در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. در جلسات بحث گروهی با کارکنان عوامل مؤثر بر کم تحرکی و راهکارهای افزایش آن استخراج شد. بعد از اولویت بندی راهکارهای توافق شده، مداخلات مناسب سازی محل کار در جهت تغییر وضعیت فعالیت جسمانی پرسنل طی هشت هفته انجام شد. قبل و بعد از مداخلات تعداد گام پیموده شده به کمک پدومتر (گام سنج) و میزان تغییر رفتار به وسیله پرسشنامه سازه های مدل فرانظری سنجش شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با نرم افزارSPSS-20 و به کمک آزمون های آماری t، Chi-Square و ANOVA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن افراد (9/12) 4/47 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) تعداد گام قبل از مداخله (6/2858) 5/6963 بود، که بعد از آن به (8/2938) 6/9368 افزایش یافت (001/0P<). قبل از مداخله 7 (12 %) نفر از افراد حداقل 10000 گام هدف در روز داشتند که بعد از مداخله به 23 (7/39 %) نفر رسید (001/0P< ). قبل از مداخله فقط 8 (5/20 %) نفر افراد در مرحله عمل و نگهداری رفتار فعالیت جسمانی منظم داشتند که بعد از مداخله این میزان به 20 (3/51 %) نفر افزایش یافت (001/0=P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد، مداخلات مناسب سازی محل کار در جهت تغییر وضعیت فعالیت جسمانی پرسنل با استفاده از مدل فرانظری تغییر و گام سنج، در بالا بردن میزان فعالیت جسمانی آنها مؤثر بوده است.
