تبیین روابط ساختاری بین سیستم های مغزی رفتاری و اضطراب اجتماعی دانشجویان براساس نقش میانجی ناگویی خلقی و راهبردهای نظم جویی شناختی هیجان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی از شایعترین و مهم ترین بیماریهای روانشناختی در حوزه اختلالات اضطرابی میباشد که میتواند تأثیرات منفی بر زندگی تحصیلی داشته باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین روابط ساختاری بین سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و اضطراب اجتماعی دانشجویان براساس نقش میانجی ناگویی خلقی و راهبردهای نظمجویی شناختی هیجان بود.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر همبستگی و از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی قوچان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود که از بین آنها تعداد 282 نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به پرسشنامههای مقیاس بازداری/فعال سازیرفتاری، پرسشنامه هراس اجتماعی، پرسشنامه نظمجویی شناختیهیجان و مقیاس ناگوییخلقی پاسخ دادند. دادهها با روش همبستگیپیرسون و مدلسازی معادلاتساختاری و نرمافزارهایAMOS-25 و SPSS-25 تحلیلشد. سطح معناداری آزمونها در این پژوهش، 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: با افزایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) (1/3) 9/14 نمره سیستم بازداری رفتاری، اضطراب اجتماعی با (2/9) 9/23، نظمجویی شناختی هیجان سازشنایافته با (9/8) 1/37 و ناگویی خلقی با (8/9) 1/50 افزایش مییابد (01/0>P). با افزایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) 8/22 (5/4) نمره سیستم فعالسازی رفتاری، اضطراب اجتماعی و ناگویی خلقی کاهش مییابد (001/0>P). همچنین با افزایش راهبردهای نظمجویی سازشنایافته، اضطراب اجتماعی افزایش مییابد (001/0>P). با افزایش ناگویی خلقی نیز، اضطراب اجتماعی افزایش مییابد (001/0>P). اثر سیستم فعالسازی رفتاری بر راهبردهای نظمجویی شناختی هیجان سازشنایافته تایید نشد. راهبردهای نظمجویی شناختی هیجان سازشنایافته و ناگوییخلقی در رابطه بین سیستم بازداری رفتاری با اضطراب اجتماعی نقش واسطهای داشت به این صورت که با اثر مستقیم سیستم بازداری رفتاری (28/0=β)، نظمجویی شناختی هیجان سازشنایافته (41/0=β) و ناگویی خلقی (24/0=β)، اضطراب اجتماعی افزایش یافت.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد با افزایش سیستم بازداری رفتاری، اضطراب اجتماعی، نظمجویی شناختی هیجان سازشنایافته و ناگویی خلقی افزایش یافت و با افزایش سیستم فعالسازی رفتاری، اضطراب اجتماعی و ناگویی خلقی کاهش یافت. همچنین با افزایش راهبردهای نظمجویی سازشنایافته، اضطراب اجتماعی و با افزایش ناگویی خلقی، اضطراب اجتماعی افزایش یافت. راهبردهای نظمجویی شناختی هیجان سازشنایافته و ناگوییخلقی در رابطه بین سیستم بازداری رفتاری با اضطراب اجتماعی نقش واسطهای داشت.
