تأثیر الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده بر میزان اضطراب اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلالات اضطرابی یکی از شایع ترین اختلالهای دوران نوجوانی و جوانی است که می تواند متأثر از الگوی ارتباطی خانواده باشد. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده بر میزان اضطراب اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان اهواز در سال 1398 بود.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی بود که به روش توصیفی- همبستگی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، دانشآموزان پسر و دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم شاغل به تحصیل در شهرستان اهواز در سال 1398 بودند. با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای تعداد 395 دانشآموز انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه الگوی ارتباطی و پرسشنامه استاندارد اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان بود. دادههای این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-26 و با محاسبه ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: کاهش الگوی ارتباطی گفت و شنود با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (1/13)9/33 با افزایش اضطراب اجتماعی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (4/18) 6/80 همراه بود (005/0>P). همچنین با افزایش میزان الگوی همنوایی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (3/10)2/19، میزان اضطراب اجتماعی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (4/18) 6/80 کاهش یافت (00/50>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که با کاهش الگوی ارتباطی خانواده بر مبنای گفت و شنود و افزایش الگوی ارتباطی جهت گیری همنوایی میزان اضطراب اجتماعی در دانشآموزان افزایش یافت.
