مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به بیماری پوستی پیسی: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماری ویتیلیگو (بَرَص یا پیسی) یکی از شایعترین اختلالات رنگ دانهای پوست محسوب میشود که می تواند بر کاهش بهزیستی روان شناختی افراد تأثیرگذار باشد. هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به بیماری پوست ویتیلیگو (بَرَص یا پیسی) اهواز بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه به عنوان یک مطالعه راهنما بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل كليه افراد مبتلا به بیماری پوست ویتیلیگو (بَرَص یا پیسی) مراجعه کننده به متخصصان پوست درکلینیکهای پوست و زیبایی شهر اهواز در سال 1398 بودند. از این جامعه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. بمنظور گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (2002) استفاده شد. گروههای آزمایشی تحت طرحواره درمانی (8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای) و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) (10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای) قرار گرفتند، اما گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد در گروه درمان پذیرش و تعهد میانگین (انحراف معیار) بهزیستی روانشناختی از (8) 8/46 در پیش آزمون به (9/7) 8/80 در پس آزمون و (7/7) 2/79 درمرحله پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه طرحواره درمانی میانگین (انحراف معیار) بهزیستی روانشناختی از (5/7) 6/43 در پیش آزمون به (5/8) 6/77 در پس آزمون و (3/7) 1/76 در مرحله پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه شاهد میانگین (انحراف معیار) بهزیستی روانشناختی از (5/7) 4/44 در پیش آزمون به (2/9) 3/43 در پس آزمون و (7/6) 47 درمرحله پیگیری رسید که تفاوت معنی دار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) منجر به افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی افراد مبتلا به بیماری پوست ویتیلیگو (بَرَص یا پیسی) می گردد اما بین اثربخشی دو درمان بر بهزیستی تفاوتی وجود نداشت.
