مقایسه اثربخشی رويكرد مبتنی بر نظريه انتخاب و انضباط قاطعانه بر ميزان مهارتهاي فكري، احساسي و رفتاري دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مهارتهای اساسی زندگی شامل مهارتهای فکری، احساسی و رفتاری است و رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب و انضباط قاطعانه از روش های آموزشی مهارت های اساسی به خصوص در دانش آموزان هستند. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه میزان اثر بخشی دو رويكرد مبتني بر نظريه انتخاب و انضباط قاطعانه بر ميزان مهارت هاي فكري، احساسي و رفتاري دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه دوم بود.
روش و مواد: روش انجام پژوهش آزمایشی از نوع طرح سه گروهی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بوده و جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بوده است که از بین آنها، تعداد 90 نفر از پایه یازدهم (پایه دوم، دوره متوسطه دوم) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 30 نفری قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مهارتهای زندگی بود. بعد از اجرای پیش آزمون بر روی سه گروه، برای یکی از دو گروه آزمایش آموزش مهارت های اساسی زندگی مبتنی بر رويكرد نظريه انتخاب و برای گروه دیگر آموزش
مهارت های اساسی زندگی مبتنی بر اساس انضباط قاطعانه در طی هشت جلسه یک ساعت و نیم به صورت یک جلسه در هر هفته اجرا شد و در پایان جلسه آخر، پس آزمون اجرا شد. در گروه گواه مداخله ای صورت نگرفت. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون تحليل كوواريانس چند متغيره و آزمون تعقيبي شفه با نرم افزار SPSS-21 استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) مهارت های فکری دانش آموزان از (3/0) 3/3 در پیش آزمون به (3/0) 1/4 در پس آزمون (001/0>P)، مهارت های احساسی از (4/0) 1/3 در پیش آزمون به (2/0) 1/4 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و مهارت های رفتاری از (6/0) 1/3 در پیش آزمون به (3/0) 1/4 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) در گروه تحت آموزش به روش نظریه انتخاب افزایش یافت. مهارت های فکری، مهارت های احساسی و مهارت های رفتاری دانش آموزان در گروه تحت آموزش به روش انضباط قاطعانه و گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوت معناداری با هم نداشتند.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های اساسی زندگی مبتنی بر رويكرد نظریه انتخاب موجب افزایش مهارتهاي فكري، احساسي و رفتاري دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه شد اما آموزش این مهارت ها به روش انضباط قاطعانه بر میزان مهارتهاي فكري، احساسي و رفتاري دانش آموزان تأثیری نداشت.
