تاثیر رفتار درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش بر شاخص توده بدنی در بیماران کرونری قلبی زودرس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: چاقی از عوامل خطر بیماریهای قلبی-عروقی شناخته می شود، با اینحال کاهش وزن و تغییر شاخص توده بدنی در بسیاری از مبتلایان به بیماریهای قلبی امری دشوار است. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش بر شاخص توده بدنی در بیماران کرونری قلبی زودرس بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و دوره پیگیری سه ماهه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری کلیه بيماران مرد مبتلا به بیماری کرونری قلبی زودرس با سن كمتر از 50 سال مراجعهکننده به بيمارستان شهید رجائی در شهر تنکابن در تابستان 1397مراجعه کرده بودند که از بین آنها، تعداد 24 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرارگرفتند. با استفاده از متر و ترازوی دیجیتال، شاخص توده بدنی در مرحله پیش-آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری برای هر مشارکت کننده محاسبه شد. گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه و هفته ای یک بار تحت رفتار درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: در گروه آزمایش، میانگین (انحراف معیار) شاخص توده بدنی بیماران قلبی از (4/3) 2/32 در قبل از مداخله به (1/3) 5/31 بعد از مداخله کاهش یافت (01/0>P). در گروه گواه، میانگین (انحراف معیار) شاخص توده بدنی بیماران قلبی از (5/3) 6/32 در قبل از مداخله به (4/3) 5/32 بعد از مداخله کاهش یافت اما این کاهش از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. همچنین در مرحله پیگیری در گروه آزمایش، میانگین (انحراف معیار) شاخص توده بدنی بیماران قلبی از (1/3) 5/31 در پسآزمون به (8/2) 4/30 در مرحله پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه گواه، میانگین (انحراف معیار) شاخص توده بدنی بیماران قلبی از (4/3) 5/32 در پسآزمون به (4/3) 4/32 در مرحله پیگیری رسید اما این کاهش از نظر آماری معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد رفتار درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش منجر به کاهش شاخص توده بدنی در بیماران کرونری قلبی زودرس شد.
