اثر شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر علائم بهبودی ناتوانی جسمانی و بهزیستی روانی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بيماري مولتيپل اسكلروزيس يك بيماري مزمن پيشرونده است كه عملكرد حسي-حركتي را تحت تأثير قرار مي دهد و ناتوانی جسمانی ناشی از آن منجر به اختلال در سلامت روانی افراد نیز می گردد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر علائم بهبودی ناتوانی جسمانی و بهزیستی روانی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون در سه مرحله و با دو گروه آزمایش و گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری، بیماران عضو جامعه مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهر تهران بودند که از بین آنها، 60 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش وگواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای دریافت کردند ولی گروه گواه مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های ناتوانی جسمانی Vickreyو بهزیستی روانی Ryff جمع آوری شدند و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS-19 و آزمون های تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: از شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 27 (45%) مرد و 33 (55%) زن بودند. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ناتوانی جسمانی در گروه آزمایش از (5/0) 9/3 قبل از مداخله به (3/1) 8/2 بعد از مداخله و (4/1) 0/3 در دوره پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0=P). ولی تغییرات در گروه گواه معنی دار نبود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره کل بهزیستی روانشناختی در گروه آزمایش از (7/7) 5/45 قبل از مداخله به (4/6) 9/65 بعد از مداخله و (5/4) 7/67 در دوره پیگیری افزایش یافت (002/0=P). میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره مؤلفه های بهزیستی روانی در گروه آزمایش شامل استقلال از (3/2) 9/9 قبل از مداخله به (5/2) 6/12 بعد از مداخله و (6/2) 7/12 در دوره پیگیری (02/0=P)، نمره تسلط بر محیط از (5/1) 7/7 قبل از مداخله به (1)7/9 بعد از مداخله و (1)7/9 در دوره پیگیری (03/0=P)، نمره رشد شخصی از (1/2) 8/6 قبل از مداخله به (6/2) 5/8 بعد از مداخله و (5/2) 7/8در دوره پیگیری (04/0=P)، ارتباط مثبت با دیگران از (5/2) 6/7 قبل از مداخله به (1/2) 1/10 بعد از مداخله و (4/2) 8/10 در دوره پیگیری (04/0=P)، هدفمندی در زندگی از (7/2) 8/6 قبل از مداخله به (2)7/11 بعد از مداخله و (6/2) 1/12 در دوره پیگیری (01/0=P)،و پذیرش از (2/2) 9/6 قبل از مداخله به (6/3) 3/13 بعد از مداخله و (1/3) 7/13 در دوره پیگیری (004/0=P) افزایش یافتند. تغییرات نمرات مؤلفه های بهزیستی روانی در گروه گواه معنی دار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان دادکه شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی موجب بهبود ناتوانی جسمانی و بهزیستی روانی، در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروز شد.
