موانع و چالش های چاپ و نشر کتاب آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت تولیدات علمی در جایگاه ملی و جهانی این پژوهش به منظور بررسی موانع و چالش های چاپ کتاب توسط اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش کیفی با مشارکت 13 نفر اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه که سابقه تدریس طولانی و تجربه چاپ کتب آموزشی داشتند و با روش نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انجام شد. پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند انجام شد. مدت زمان انجام هر مصاحبه با توجه به شرایط از 30 دقیقه تا حدود 60 دقیقه متغیر بود. همه مصاحبه ها ضبط شده و سپس توسط پژوهشگر كلمه به كلمه به صورت نوشته درآمدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها در مطالعه ی حاضر از روش تحليل محتواي كيفياستفاده شد.
یافته ها: از 13 مصاحبه، 510 کد اولیه یا باز استخراج و درنهایت در شش مقوله شامل تعدد و گوناگونی سیاست ها، پیامدهای غیر روشن، مقاله سالاری در پژوهش، ضعف راهکارهای تشویقی و حمایتی، خلا پژوهشگر زبده، عدم وجود شبکه های علمی-ارتباطی موثر جمع بندی شدند. کدهای مرتبط با شش مقوله به 25 زیر مقوله دسته بندی شدند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعه حاکی از این هستند که علیرغم رشد و گسترش زمینه ی پژوهش در ایران همچنان چالش ها و مشکلات زیادی بر سرراه تالیف کتب وجود دارند. راهکارهایی در سه حیطه انگیزشی، قوانین و مقررات و مالی می توانند برای رفع این مشکلات پیشنهاد شوند.
