مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمان گاتمنی با زوج درمانی داتیلیویی بر بهبود رضایت جنسی زوجین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رابطه زناشویی یکی از پایدارترین روابط بین فردی است و تأثیر آن بر افراد و جامعه بیش از هر رابطه دیگر است. بنابراين، هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی گاتمنی و زوج درمانی داتیلیویی بر بهبود رضایت جنسی زوجین می باشد.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی و طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون چند گروهی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های مشاوره شهرستان تربت حیدریه در سال 1397 بود که از این بین، تعداد 168 نفر (84 زوج) جهت شرکت در این جلسات اعلام آمادگی نمودند. تعداد نمونه 90 نفر (45 زوج) در نظر گرفته شد. روش نمونه گیری اولیه غیراحتمالی ساده بود، اما در مرحله بعد به روش تصادفی ساده 90 نفر از بین 168نفر انتخاب شدند، سپس، 15زوج (30 نفر) از آنان در جلسات زوج درمانی گاتمنی، 15زوج (30نفر) در جلسات زوج درمانی داتیلیویی و 15 زوج (30 نفر) در گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و رضایت جنسی بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها با تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-22 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سنی شرکت کنندگان زوج درمانی داتیلیو (6/7) 7/30، شرکت کنندگان زوج درمانی گاتمن (2/8) 6/31 و شرکت کنندگان بدون درمان نیز (4/8) 7/31 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره رضایت جنسی در پیش آزمون گروه زوج درمانی داتیلیو از (8/13) 3/62 به (5/13) 9/78 در پس آزمون و (8/12) 2/77 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P)، رضایت جنسی در پیش آزمون گروه زوج درمانی گاتمن از (9/13) 7/61 به (4/13) 5/79 در پس آزمون و (1/13) 8/77 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P) اما نمرات رضایت جنسی گروه بدون درمان در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوتی نداشت. بین اثربخشی زوج درمانی داتیلیویی و گاتمنی بر بهبود رضایت جنسی زوجین تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد زوج درمانی داتیلیویی و گاتمنی بر بهبود رضایت جنسی زوجین اثربخش بودند اما بین اثربخشی زوج درمانی داتیلیویی و گاتمنی بر بهبود رضایت جنسی زوجین تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت.
