چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ازدواج و تشکیل خانواده یكی از عوامل مؤثر در بهداشت روان و شیوه زندگی افراد محسوب میشود كه نقش آن در كاهش نابسامانیهای فردی و اجتماعی مشخص گردیده است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی آموزش شناختی رفتاری بر پشیمانی از انتخاب همسر در افراد متأهل در حال تحصیل در مقطع متوسطه شهرستان گنبد کاووس بود.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی همراه با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با یک گروه گواه و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد متأهل در حال تحصیل در مقطع متوسطه شهرستان گنبدکاووس در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودندکه تعداد 60 نفر از آنها به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه در پیش آزمون شرکت کردند، بعد برای گروه آزمایش ده جلسه 90 دقیقه ایِ هفتگی آموزش شناختی رفتاری برگزار شد ولی گروه گواه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد، سپس از هر دو گروه پس آزمون و آزمون پیگیری بعد از 45 روز به عمل آمد. داده ها با استفاده از مقیاس پشیمانی از همسر جمع آوری و با کمک روش تحلیل کواریانس یک راهه و نرم افزار
SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکتکنندگان در گروه آزمایش (5/7) 1/33 و در گروه گواه (8/6) 6/34 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره پشیمانی از انتخاب همسر گروه آزمایش از (4/2) 2/31 در پیش آزمون به (1/3) 1/20 در پس آزمون و (7/1) 4/18 در پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P) اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات پشیمانی از انتخاب همسر گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوتی نداشته است.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش شناختی رفتاری منجر به کاهش پشیمانی از همسر در میان افراد متأهل در حال تحصیل در مقطع متوسطه شد.
