اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر توانمندسازی روان شناختی، حساسیت اضطرابی و خشم سربازان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نظامیان بیشتر از افراد غیرنظامی در معرض آسیب های روانی قرار می گیرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر حساسیت اضطرابی، توانمندسازی روانشناختی و خشم سربازان بود.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون پس آزمون و گروه شاهد بود. 60 نفر از سربازان پادگان گروه پدافند هوایی شهید جهان تاش شهر خنداب با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دوگروه آزمایش و شاهد جایگزین شدند، در ابتدا برای هر گروه با استفاده از پرسشنامه های حساسیت اضطرابی، پرسشنامه استاندارد توانمندسازی روان شناختی، پرسشنامه استاندارد خشم Spielberger اجرا گردید. سپس آموزش مهارت های زندگی به گروه آزمایش ارائه گردید و پس از اتمام برنامه آموزشی، از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) توانمندسازی روان شناختی گروه آزمایش از (2/17) 4/63 در پیش آزمون به (7/11) 2/80 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (01/0>P) اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، (3/5) 7/61 بود که در پس آزمون به (3/6) 7/64 رسید که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) حساسیت اضطرابی گروه آزمایش از (8/2) 5/54 در پیش آزمون به (1/6) 9/48 در پس آزمون کاهش یافت (01/0>P) اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، (8/5) 3/53 بود که در پس آزمون به (4/6) 9/52 رسید که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) خشم گروه آزمایش از (1/7) 7/27 در پیش آزمون به (1/9) 7/22 در پس آزمون کاهش یافت (01/0>P) اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، (3/5) 5/27 بود که در پس آزمون به (8/5) 9/27 رسید که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های زندگی باعث افزایش توانمندی روان شناختی و کاهش حساسیت اضطرابی و خشم سربازان شد.
