چکیده
زمینه و هدف: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد یکی از روش های افزایش سازگاری اجتماعی و بهبود افسردگی در دانش آموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سازگاری اجتماعی و افسردگی دانش آموزان دختر دارای اختلال یادگیری مقطع متوسطه اول شهر ساری انجام شد.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. از بین کلیه دانش آموزان دختر دارای اختلال یادگیری مقطع متوسطه اول شهر ساری، تعداد 60 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند و مداخله برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سازگاری اجتماعی و افسردگی جمع آوری شدند و با روش تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: ميانگين (انحراف معیار) سن گروه آزمايش (4/0) 5/16 و گروه گواه (7/0) 1/16 سال بود. مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین (انحراف معیار) افسردگی در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (2/3) 4/20 به ترتیب به (1/3) 2/12 و (7/2) 1/12 در پس-آزمون و پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P) اما در گروه گواه تفاوتی دیده نشد. میانگین (انحراف معیار) سازگاری اجتماعی در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (4/3) 1/12 به ترتیب به (2/3) 4/19 و (7/3) 6/19 در پس آزمون و پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P) اما گروه گواه تفاوت آماری معنادار نشان نداد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب افزایش سازگاری اجتماعی و بهبود افسردگی در دانش آموزان دختر دارای اختلال یادگیری مقطع متوسطه اول شد.
