تعیین رابطه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی، استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های خصوصی شهر تهران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: استرس شغلی در پرستاران میتواند موجب کاهش کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری و افزایش مشکلات سلامتی پرستاران شود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی، استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای خصوصی شهر تهران انجام گرفت.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای خصوصی شهر تهران بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی و در دسترس250 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای تنظیم شناختی هیجانی، پرسشنامه مقیاس تجدیدنظر شده استرس پرستاری و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی استفاده شده است. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه و نرم افزار SPSS.20 استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن پرستاران مرد 8/35 (5/9) و پرستاران زن 1/33 (8/8) بود. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش تنظیم شناختی هیجان مثبت با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 1/46 (2/9)، تنظیم شناختی هیجان منفی 3/57 (8/10) (01/0>P)، استرس شغلی 5/83 (4/13) (01/0>P)، سلامت عمومی 7/41 (6/10) (01/0>P) کاهش مییابد. با افزایش تنظیم شناختی هیجان منفی، استرس شغلی (01/0>P) و سلامت عمومی (01/0>P) افزایش مییابد. همچنین با افزایش استرس شغلی، سلامت عمومی (01/0>P) کاهش مییابد.
نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با افزایش تنظیم شناختی هیجان مثبت، تنظیم شناختی هیجان منفی، استرس شغلی، سلامت عمومی کاهش مییابد. با افزایش تنظیم شناختی هیجان منفی، استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی افزایش مییابد. همچنین با افزایش استرس شغلی، سلامت عمومی افزایش مییابد.
