مقایسه وضعیت اضافه وزن و چاقی در نوجوانان دختر آذری و کرد ساکن شهر ارومیه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اضافه وزن و چاقی یک مشکل سلامت عمومی در دوران نوجوانی میباشد که عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی در ایجاد آن می توانند تأثیرگذار باشند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین و مقایسه وضعیت اضافهوزن و چاقی در نوجوانان دختر دو قومیت آذری و کرد شهر ارومیه میباشد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه مقطعی-توصیفی با مشارکت 350 دانشآموز دختر (219 آذری و 131 کُرد) در رده سنی 18-16 در شهر ارومیه انجام گرفت. انتخاب مدارس برای نمونهگیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه بندی بود و انتخاب دانش آموزان در مدارس به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انجام گردید. اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه توسط مصاحبه رو در رو گردآوری شد. قد و وزن دانشآموزان با استفاده از ابزار و پروتکل استاندارد اندازهگیری شد. برای تعیین اضافه وزن و چاقی در نوجوانان از معیارهای CDC و WHO استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرمافزار SPSS-23 و آزمون های t برای دو جامعه مستقل و Chi-Square برای مقایسه تفاوت متغیرهای کمی و کیفی در دو قومیت استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن نوجوانان آذری (8/0) 8/16 سال و نوجوانان کُرد (7/0) 7/16 سال بود. فراوانی چاقی براساس معیار CDC در نوجوانان دختر آذری (4/22) 49 و فراوانی اضافه وزن بر اساس معیار WHO در نوجوانان دختر آذری (7/29) 65 بیشتر از فراوانی چاقی (7/10) 14 و اضافه وزن (2/12) 16 در نوجوانان دختر کُرد بود (05/0>P). میانگین (انحراف معیار) شاخص توده بدن و امتیاز Z نمایه توده بدن برای سن در نوجوانان دختر آذری به ترتیب برابر با (5/4) 5/23 و (3/1) 5/0 و در نوجوانان کُرد به ترتیب برابر با (2/4) 9/ 21 و (2/1) 1/0 به دست آمد و نمایه توده بدن و امتیاز Z نمایه توده بدن برای سن در نوجوانان دختر آذری به طور معنی دار بالاتر از نوجوانان دختر کرد میباشد (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که، فراوانی چاقی بر اساس معیار CDC و فراوانی اضافه وزن بر اساس معیار WHO در نوجوانان دختر آذری بیشتر از نوجوانان دختر کُرد بود. همچنین شاخص توده بدن و امتیاز Z شاخص توده بدن برای سن در نوجوانان دختر آذری بالاتر از نوجوانان دختر کُرد بود.
