اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر پذیرش درد و ابعاد سلامت روان بیماران مبتلا به کهیر

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کهیر مزمن بیماری است که باعث آزردگی بیمار و در مواردی باعث ناتوانی وی می شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر پذیرش درد و ابعاد سلامت روان بیماران مبتلا به کهیر بود.
روش و مواد: روش این پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه شاهد بود بوده است. جامعه این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیمارانی بود که با تشخیص بیماری کهیر در شش ماه دوم سال 1396 به بیمارستان امام خمینی تهران مراجعه کرده و تشکیل پرونده دادند که 60 نفر از آنها به طور تصادفی انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی 30 نفر در گروه آزمایشی و 30 نفر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابتدا توسط هر دو گروه، پرسشنامه پذیرش درد مزمن و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی تکمیل شد. جلسات آموزش متمرکز بر هیجان در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه ای به صورت هفتگی برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد. داده ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-22 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سنی پاسخگويان، (5/6) 3/41 سال بود. مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین (انحراف معیار) مشکلات روانی در گروه آزمایش از (6/8) 4/47 در پیش آزمون به (3/5) 5/40 در پس آزمون و میانگین (انحراف معیار) عدم پذیرش درد گروه آزمایش از (1/4) 1/30 در پیش آزمون به (5/3) 2/27 در پس آزمون کاهش یافت اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) هر دو متغیر در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون گروه شاهد تفاوت آماری معنادار نشان نداد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش گروهی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان منجر به افزایش پذیرش درد و بهبود ابعاد سلامت روان بیماران مبتلا به کهیر شد.
