بررسی روابط ساختاری طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه با میانجی گری اضطراب و فرا نگرانی با اختلال بد شکلی بدن

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تغیرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی جامعه و تغییر نگرش افراد به زیبایی و توجه افراد به ظاهر و گرایش به ایجاد تغییرات به منظور رسیدن به زیبایی ، نگرانی در مورد ظاهر و تصویر بدنی تحریف شده می تواند مشغله ذهنی به بدن را ایجاد و افراد را مستعد اختلال بد شکلی بدنی نماید. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین روابط ساختاری طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و اختلال بد شکلی بدن به میانجی گری اضطراب و فرا نگرانی بود.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی تعداد 300 نفر از زنان که در یک بازه زمانی شش ماهه، به مراکز درمانی پوست و مو شهرستان قائمشهر مراجعه کرده بودند به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه گیری شامل پرسشنامه اختلال بدشکلی بدن، پرسشنامه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، پرسشنامه افکار اضطرابی (فرانگرانی) و آزمون اضطراب بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 و لیزرل 8.80 انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: : میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان، (4/2) 22 سال بود. با بالا رفتن نمره طرحواره ناسازگار با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (5/0) 5/3 میزان اختلال بدشکلی بدنی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (5/0) 7/3 افزایش یافت(001/0>P). با افزایش میزان متغیر اضطراب با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (5/0) 5/3 و فرانگرانی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (6/0) 6/3 به عنوان متغیرهای میانجی، تأثیر طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن، نسبت به رابطه مستقیم بین آنها بیشتر شد (001/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که با افزایش نمره طرحواره ناسازگار میزان اختلال بدشکلی بدنی افزایش یافت و با افزایش میزان متغیر اضطراب و افکار اضطرابی به عنوان متغیرهای میانجی، تأثیر طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن، نسبت به رابطه مستقیم بین آنها بیشتر شد.
