ساختار عاملي و ویژگي های روان سنجي پرسشنامه جامع تجارب ذهن آگاهي در دانشجویان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ذهن آگاهي يك سازه چند بعدي است و ابعاد مختلف آن مي تواند بر كاهش و بهبود علايم و نشانه هاي جسماني و هيجاني در افراد مبتلا به اختلالات مختلف نقش مهمي ايفا كند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ساختار عاملی و
ویژگی های روان سنجی پرسشنامه جامع تجارب ذهن آگاهی در دانشجویان بود.
روش و مواد: روش این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و تحلیل عاملی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش عبارت است از کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رودهن که در نیم سال اول تحصیلی 98-1397 در حال تحصیل بودند که تعداد 473 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای به دست آوردن داده ها از پرسشنامه جامع تجارب ذهن آگاهی و مقیاس بهوشیاری استفاده شد و داده ها با استفاده از روش های ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و نرم افزار آماری SPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان پسر (2/6) 1/25 و دختر (4/5) 8/23 سال بود. پرسشنامه جامع تجارب ذهن آگاهی از سه مؤلفه تشکیل شده است. میانگین (انحراف معیار) مؤلفه درک همراه با بینش و تمرکز زدایی فعال (5/9) 3/52، مؤلفه آگاهی از تجارب درونی و بیرونی (5/6) 7/48، مؤلفه عمل با آگاهی، پذیرش و جهت گیری بدون قضاوت (9/5) 4/26 و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن به ترتیب 85/0، 72/0 و 61/0 به دست آمد. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره کل پرسشنامه برابر با (8/14) 5/127 و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن 90/0 بود. هر سه مؤلفه پرسشنامه جامع تجارب ذهن آگاهی به همراه نمره کل آن به صورت مثبت با نمرات پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی (MAAS) همبسته اند (01/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که پرسشنامه جامع تجارب ذهن آگاهی در دانشجویان از همسانی درونی و روایی همگرای مناسبی برخوردار بود.
