عوامل پیش ینی کننده اعتیاد به مواد مخدر زنان در استان گلستان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: زنان جامعه بهعنوان نیمی از جمعیت کشور بهصورت بالقوه در معرض ابتلا به اعتیاد مواد مخدر هستند و در طول سالهای اخیر دامنه آسیبهای ناشی از مصرف مواد مخدر با وسعت بیشتری در میان جمعیت زنان کشور گسترش یافته است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین پیش بینی کننده های اعتیاد زنان در استان گلستان انجام شد.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان معتاد به انواع مواد اعتیاد آور مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد خصوصی در شهر گرگان و آزادشهر بودند که 150 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی اعتیاد بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با آمار توصیفی شامل شاخص های آماری، میانگین، انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-18 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان (7/9) 6/32 سال و سن شروع مصرف مواد (9/6) 8/21 سال بود. تحصیلات 61 (7/40%) نفر، ابتدایی، 73 (7/48%) نفر متأهل بودند. 41 (3/27%) نفر سابقه مصرف مواد در پدر و 72 (48%) نفر بیشترین ماده مصرفی را تریاک ذکر کردند. عوامل خانوادگی (01/0>P)، عوامل اجتماعی (05/0>P) و سن (01/0>P) به ترتیب قوی ترین پیش بینی کننده های اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در زنان بودند. عوامل روان شناختی و جسمی، تحصیلات، وضعیت تأهل و وضعیت اقتصادی نتوانستند اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در زنان را پیش بینی کنند.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد با افزایش سن و نمره عوامل اجتماعی و با کاهش نمرات عوامل خانوادگی، اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در زنان افزایش می یابد. در این مطالعه تحصیلات، وضعیت تأهل و عوامل اقتصادی مانند وضعیت شغلی و میزان درآمد اعتیاد زنان را پیش بینی نمی کنند.
