اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی با رویکرد امید درمانی بر تاب آوری و بهزیستی روان شناختی زوجین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تاب آوری و بهزیستی روان شناختی از جمله متغیرهای مهم جهت شناسایی بهبود کیفیت زندگی افراد است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی با رویکرد امید درمانی بر تاب آوری و بهزیستی روان شناختی زوجین بود.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی و با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری مورد نظر شامل زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره مناطق 1 و 2 شهر تهران بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، 30 زوج در هر گروه از دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. مشارکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه های تاب آوری (CD-RISC) و بهزیستی روان شناختی (SPWB) و سوال های مرتبط با ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی پاسخ دادند. داده ها با روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-18 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن گروه امید درمانی (6/1) 2/22 و گروه گواه (7/1) 22 بود که دامنه سنی از 20 تا 25 سال را شامل می شد. میانگین (انحراف معیار) تاب آوری گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون 4/72 (3/6) بود که در پس آزمون به 8/96 (6/2) افزایش یافت (001/0P<،87/39=F) اما گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری را در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون نشان نداد. همچنین میانگین (انحراف معیار) بهزیستی روان شناختی گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون 1/309 (6/27) بود که در پس آزمون به 1/351 (8/20) افزایش یافت (001/0P<،67/48=F) اما در گروه کنترل تفاوتی بین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود موجب افزایش نمرات تاب آوری، امیدواری، بهزیستی روان شناختی و کاهش خود گسستگی در زنان در حال یائسگی می شود.
