پیش بینی گرایش به مصرف مواد در دانشجویان براساس جوّ عاطفی خانواده و خودپنداره

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ورود دانشجویان به محل تحصیل جدید، ممکن است آنان را در معرض فشارهای روانی-اجتماعی از جمله خطر اعتیاد قرار دهد. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین پیشبینی گرایش به مصرف مواد در دانشجویان براساس جو عاطفی خانواده و خودپنداره در دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام شد.
روش و مواد: روش مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و با مشارکت 200 نفر از دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسی ساکن در خوابگاه های دانشجویی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی که در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس صورت گرفت. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه جو عاطفی خانواده Burn، مقیاس خودپنداره Beck و مقیاس آمادگی برای اعتیاد Weed & Butcher استفاده شد. داده ها بعد از جمع آوری به نرم افزار
SPSS-23 وارد شده و با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه برابر با (9/1) 1/20 سال بود. با کاهش جو عاطفی مثبت در خانواده با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (4/9) 7/40، (01/0=P) و خودپنداره مثبت (2/8) 4/28، (01/0=P)، گرایش به مصرف مواد دانشجویان با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (2/14) 48 بیشتر شد (01/0>P). همچنین 21% از کل واریانس گرایش به مصرف مواد در دانشجویان براساس جو عاطفی خانواده و خودپنداره قابل پیش بینی است (01/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان دادگرایش به مصرف مواد در دانشجویان با کاهش جو عاطفی مثبت در خانواده و خودپنداره مثبت افزایش می یابد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر می تواند به مراکز مشاوره در داخل دانشگاه ها و خانواده ها کمک کند تا هر چه بیشتر به نقش جو عاطفی خانواده و خودپنداره دانشجویان در کاهش و یا افزایش گرایش به مواد پی برده و بتوانند مداخلههای مناسبی را با درنظر گرفتن این متغیرها اجرا کنند.
