مقایسه ذهن‌آگاهی و خودشفقتی در زنان دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالا و طبیعی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: شیوع چاقی در سال های اخیر در سطح جهانی افزایش یافته است. این شرایط با خطر بالا برای ابتلا به بیماری های مختلف و هزینه های بالا برای نظام مراقبت از سلامت مرتبط است. شناسایی عوامل تعیین‌کننده روان شناختی دخیل در چاقی برای تدوین مداخلات درمانی جدید حائز اهمیت است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه ذهن آگاهی خصیصه ای و خودشفقتی در زنان دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالا و طبیعی انجام شد.

روش و مواد: این مطالعه به روش علی مقایسه ای با مشارکت 200 زن (100 نفر با شاخص توده بدنی بالا و 100 نفر با شاخص توده بدنی طبیعی) مراجعه‌کننده به خانه‌های سلامت، باشگاه‌های ورزشی و مراکز کاهش وزن شهر تهران به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های مقیاس ذهن آگاهی خصیصه ای و مقیاس خودشفقتی جمع آوری شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 و آزمون آماری t مستقل، تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند.

یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ذهن آگاهی خصیصه ای در گروه BMI بالا (3/11) 3/59، کمتر از گروه طبیعی (5/9) 5/64 بود (01/0>P). افزون بر این، نمره کل خودشیفتگی در گروه BMI بالا (5/14) 4/77، کمتر از گروه طبیعی (8/12) 83 بود (01/0>P). میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره قضاوت در مورد خود (8/3) 5/14 و (8/3) 9/12 (01/0>P)، منزوی سازی (4/3) 6/12 و (8/2) 9/10 (01/0>P) و بزرگ نمایی (6/3) 12 و (7/2) 1/11 (05/0>P) در گروه BMI بالا، بیشتر از گروه طبیعی بود ولی در احساسات مشترک انسانی (8/2) 5/11 و (7/2) 4/12 (05/0>P)، ذهن آگاهی (9/2) 12 و (5/2) 9/12 (05/0>P) نمرات گروه BMI بالا، کمتر از گروه طبیعی بود.

نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که ذهن آگاهی و خودشفقتی در افراد دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالا کمتر از افرادی با وزن طبیعی است. می توان این سازه های روانشناختی را در مداخلات درمانی هدف قرار داد.
