چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یائسگی یا قطع قاعدگی، نشانۀ گذر از دوران باروری و رسیدن به ناباروری است و در این دوران زنان دچار مشکلات جسمی و روانی متعددی می شوند. هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر تاب آوری، خود گسستگی، امیدواری و بهزیستی روان شناختی زنان در حال یائسگی شهر اهواز بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش، تجربی از نوع پيشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 60 نفر از زنان در حال یائسگی بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. 30 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 30 نفر در گروه گواه به صورت تصادفی تقسیم شدند و مداخله برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد. ابزار اندازه گیری شامل پرسشنامه تاب آوري، پرسشنامه خودگسستگی، پرسشنامه امیدواری و مقیاس بهزیستی روان شناختی بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس یک راهه با کمک نرم افزار SPSS-22 صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن زنان در گروه آزمایش (3/3) 1/56 و در گروه گواه (1/3) 7/55 بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره تاب آوری در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش، (8/11) 7/47 بود که در پس آزمون به (3/11) 8/55 افزایش یافت، خودگسستگی از (12) 9/99 به (3/12) 6/85 کاهش یافت، امیدواری از (7/19) 2/171 به (5/20) 7/189 افزایش یافت و بهزیستی روان شناختی از (4/4) 9/34 به (5/4) 9/38 افزایش یافت اما در میانگین نمرات گروه گواه تغییرمعناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود موجب افزایش نمرات تاب آوری، امیدواری، بهزیستی روان شناختی و کاهش خود گسستگی در زنان در حال یائسگی می شود.
