نیاز سنجی آموزشی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در شهر تهران در خصوص نظام کشوری مراقبت از سل

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نیازسنجی از مولفههای ضروری و اساسیترین گام در برنامهریزی آموزشی است. از طرف دیگر، میزان بروز گزارش شده سل ریوی با اسمیر خلط مثبت در ایران 4.6 نفر در صد هزار نفر جمعیت بوده است. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در مراکز تابعه مرکز بهداشت شمال تهران درخصوص نظام کشوری مبارزه با سل طراحی شد.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه که به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی همهی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در مراکز تابعه مرکز بهداشت شمال تهران انجام شد، 31 نفر از کل 34 پزشک شاغل در مراکز تابعه در مطالعه مشارکت کردند. نیازسنجی با استفاده از دو پرسشنامهی روا و پایای خودارزیابی و سنجش دانش که در پنج حیطهی کلیات سل، بیماریابی، تشخیص، درمان و پیشگیری بودند انجام شد. داده ها از طریق نرمافزار آماری Spss-21 و با شاخصهای توزیع فراوانی میانگین، انحرافمعیار، درصد و تعداد آنالیز شد.
یافتهها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سطح آگاهی کلی پزشکان در حد متوسط 8/22 (4/6) از 40 نمره بود. از میان حیطههای مورد مطالعه بیشترین نیاز آموزشی مربوط به حیطه درمان و کمترین مربوط به کلیات بیماری سل بهترتیب با 2/44 و 3/79 درصد پاسخ صحیح بود. در خودارزیابی، بيشترين نياز به آموزش مجدد و بازآموزی مطالب در حیطه پیشگیری و درمان و كمترين آن در حیطه کلیات سل اعلام شد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به كمبود دانش پزشكان در کلیهی حیطههای مورد مطالعه، لازم است برنامه آموزشي مناسب تئوری و عملی در قالب برنامههاي آموزش مداوم برای دانش آموختگان و اصلاح شیوه آموزشی در دوران تحصیل مد نظر قرار گیرد.
