پیش بینی افسردگی براساس رضایت، تعارضات و بی ثباتی زناشویی در زنان متأهل شهر اهواز

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کیفیت زندگی زناشویی می تواند بر ابعاد مختلف زندگی فردی و اجتماعی، از جمله بر سلامت جسمی و روانی زوج ها تأثیر بگذارد. هدف این مطالعه، پیش بینی افسردگی بر اساس رضایت زناشویی، تعارضات زناشویی و بی ثباتی زناشویی در زنان متأهل شهر اهواز بود.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، با مشارکت 240 نفر از زنان متأهل شهر اهواز در سال 1395 و با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل چهار پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه افسردگی Beck، رضایت زناشویی Enrich، تعارضات زناشویی ثنائی و پرسشنامه بی ثباتی زناشویی Edwards بود. داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS-20 با استفاده از روش های آماری توصیفی و آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان (2/9) 38 سال بود. اکثر شرکت کنندگان با فراوانی 90 (5/%37) نفر دارای مدرک کارشناسی بودند. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره رضایت زناشویی (4/8) 2/28، تعارضات زناشویی (7/31) 3/84، بی ثباتی زناشویی (4/8) 5/20 و افسردگی (1/6) 1/5 بدست آمد. کاهش رضایت زناشویی، افزایش تعارضات زناشویی و بی ثباتی زناشویی با افزایش احتمال ابتلا به افسردگی ارتباط داشت (01/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد هرچقدر رضایت زناشویی بین زوجین بیشتر باشد احتمال ابتلای آنها به افسردگی کمتر است. بی ثباتی زناشویی، رضایت زناشویی و تعارضات زناشویی متغیرهای پیش بینی کننده افسردگی در زنان متأهل می باشند.
