پیشبینی مهارت های ارتباطی بر اساس جو روانی– اجتماعی کلاس و اضطراب اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: محیط آموزشگاه و مدرسه از جمله مکانهایی است که نیازمند حضور فعال دانشآموزان در فعالیتهای تحصیلی است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، پیشبینی مهارتهای ارتباطی براساس جو روانی اجتماعی کلاس درس و اضطراب اجتماعی در دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه بود.
مواد و روش: مطالعه به روش همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه منطقه چهار شهر تهران در سال 1394 بودند. با استفاده از نمونهگیری خوشهای، تعداد 210 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی، مهارتهای ارتباطی و مقیاس جو روانی اجتماعی کلاس بودند. دادهها با کمک ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد اضطراب اجتماعی به صورت معناداري در سطح معناداری 01/0 مهارتهای ارتباطی را در دانشجویان پيشبيني نمود (01/0P<، 290/34= (209،3)F). ارزش ضريب همبستگيهاي چندگانه (R2) برابر با 33/0 است. اين يافته بدان معنا است که ورود ابعاد جو روانی اجتماعی کلاس به معادله پيشبيني، باعث شده تا 6/61 درصد از واريانس آن تبيين شود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که جو روانی-اجتماعی کلاس درس و اضطراب اجتماعی میتواند مهارتهای ارتباطی را پیشبینی کند. از بین ابعاد اضطراب اجتماعی ترس از ارزیابی منفی و اندوه در موقعیتهای عمومی، مهارتهای ارتباطی را در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه پیشبینی میکند.
