اثربخشی بازیدرمانی گروهی به شیوة مراجعمحوری بر ترس و اضطراب کودکان پیشدبستانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دوره پیش دبستانی نقش اساسی را در سازگاری و رشد روان شناختی بهنجار یک کودک بازی می کند. ترس و اضطراب از شایع ترین اختلالات برون نمود دوره کودکی است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر بازیدرمانی به شیوه مراجعمحوری بر کاهش ترس و اضطراب کودکان پیشدبستانی انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با پیش آزمون-پس آزمون به همراه گروه کنترل بود. جامعة آماری این مطالعه را کلیه کودکان مراکز پیشدبستانی ناحیة شمیرانات شهر تهران در سال 1394 تشکیل دادند. به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای شش مرکز برگزیده شد و در نهایت، تعداد 14 نفر از کودکان که دارای نشانگان بالینی ترس و اضطراب بودند، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت شش جلسه 45 دقیقه ای مداخله بازی درمانی به شیوه مراجع محوری دریافت کرد. برای گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش از مقیاس اضطراب کودکان پیشدبستانی Spence و پرسشنامة تجدید نظر شدة زمینهیابی ترس کودکان (FSSC-R) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-20 و باروش تجزیه و تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد تفاوت معناداري بين در نمرات میانگین (انحراف معیار) پیش آزمون (3/3) 4/130 و پس آزمون (5/4) 1/127 ترس (6/24=F، 001/0>P) و همچنین، در نمرات میانگین (انحراف معیار) پیش آزمون (7/2) 6/58 و پس آزمون (7/3) 3/48 اضطراب (5/19=F، 001/0>P) در دانش آموزان دبستاني قبل و بعد از مشاوره گروهي وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده، میتوان از روش بازیدرمانی مراجعمحوری به عنوان روش روان شناختی مناسب و مؤثر در کاهش ترس و اضطراب کودکان پیشدبستانی استفاده نمود.
