مشارکت اجتماعی در سلامت در میان جمعیت عمومی شهر کرمانشاه: نقش پیش بین عوامل شخصیتی و خودکارآمدی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه روانشناسان اجتماعی به تعامل عوامل اجتماعی و روانشناختی در فرایند مشارکت اجتماعی خصوصا در سلامت تاکید دارند، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان مشارکت اجتماعی در سلامت و تعیین سهم هر یک از عوامل شخصیتی و فردی در آن انجام گرفت.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی، با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری داوطلبانه، 710 نفر از جمعیت عمومی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1395 برای شرکت در مطالعه انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامههای مشارکت اجتماعی در سلامت، باورهاي خودکارآمدي عمومي (GSE-10)، و ویژگیهای شخصیتی پنج عاملی ابزارهای مطالعه بودند. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تحلیل واریانس، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون توسط نرم افزار SPSS-21 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: تعداد 482 (9/67 درصد) نفر از شرکت کنندگان مرد بودند. محدوده سنی شرکتکنندگان 75-30 سال با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 5/43 (2/8) بود. بهطور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که میانگین کل مشارکت اجتماعی در سلامت 3/65 است که 5/62 درصد دارای مشارکت پایین، 1/34 درصد دارای مشارکت متوسط و 4/3 درصد دارای مشارکت بالا هستند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین تمامی مؤلفههای شخصیتی و خودکارآمدی با مشارکت اجتماعی در سلامت رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (P<0.01).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه در شهر کرمانشاه میزان مشارکت اجتماعی در سلامت پایین است و بدون مشارکت مردم برنامههای سازمانهای دولتی در امر بهداشت، سلامت افراد و جامعه به نتیجه مطلوب نخواهد رسید. برنامهریزی در جهت اصلاح وضع موجود با در نظر گرفتن ویژگیهای شخصیتی و خودکارآمدی افراد ضروری به نظر میرسد.
