عوامل خطرساز و محافظت كنندۀ فردي، خانوادگي و اجتماعي گرايش به مصرف مواد در دانشجويان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دانشجویان به عنوان يكي از گروههاي آسيبپذير از نظر گرايش به مصرف مواد در نظر گرفته ميشوند. بر اين اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش عوامل خطرساز و محافظتكننده فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی در پیشبینی گرایش به این رفتارها در دانشجويان بود.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی و همبستگی با مشارکت 431 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهيد بهشتي به روش نمونهگيري در دسترس انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه عوامل خطرساز و محافظتكننده مصرف مواد و مقياس خطرپذيري جوانان جمع آوری شد و استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری گام به گام مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته ها حاكي از ارتباط معنادار بين عوامل فردي، نگرش نسبت به مواد و گرایش به مواد مخدر، (6/0=r و 01/0P<)، خانوادگي نگرش والدین نسبت به مواد و گرایش به سیگار، (2/0=r و 05/0 P<) و اجتماعي، دسترسی پذیری ادراک شده و گرایش به الکل، (4/0=r و 01/0P<) با گرايش به مصرف مواد بود. علاوه بر اين، نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چندمتغيري گام به گام نيز نشان داد كه عوامل فردی (نگرش نسبت به مواد، هیجانخواهی و تکانشگری)، اجتماعی (مصرف مواد توسط دوستان و دسترسی پذیری ادراک شده) و خانوادگی (نظارت خانواده و نگرش والدین نسبت به مواد) به ترتیب بهترين پيشبينیهای گرایش به مصرف مواد در دانشجویان هستند.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که تأثير مجموعهاي از عوامل فردي، خانوادگي و اجتماعي بر گرایش به مصرف مواد در دانشجویان وجود دارد. بر اين اساس، ميتوان با اجراي ابزارهاي غربالگري مناسب، دانشجویان در معرض خطر را شناسايي كرد و برنامههاي پيشگيرانه اوليه را در مورد آنها به كار بست.
