نقش رضایت از زندگی و شاغل بودن مادر در پیش بینی افسردگی دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شناسایی عوامل پیشبین افسردگی دختران نوجوان به منظور طراحی مداخلات مناسب اهمیت دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش رضایت از زندگی و شاغل بودن مادر در پیشبینی افسردگی دختران انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه شامل 218 دانش آموز (103 نفر دارای مادر شاغل، 115 نفر دارای مادر خانهدار) دختر پایه اول مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران و مادران آنها بودند که به شیوهی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دانشآموزان بهوسیله مقیاس افسردگی Beck و مادران با استفاده از پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه گامبهگام با نرم افزار SPSS-19 انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که رضایت از زندگی و شاغل بودن مادر به میزان 65/0 (R2) در پیشبینی افسردگی دختران نقش معناداری دارد (001/0p<). رضایت زندگی (74/0- β=) نسبت به شاغل بودن مادر (17/0β=) عامل مهمتری در کاهش افسردگی دختران است (001/0p<). میزان افسردگی دختران در گروه مادران خانهدار راضی با میانگین (انحراف استاندارد) برابر با 6/23 (2/11) نسبت به گروه مادران شاغل ناراضی با میانگین (انحراف استاندارد) برابر با 2/36 (6/10) به طور معناداری کمتر است (001/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: رضایت از زندگی و شاغل بودن مادر عوامل مؤثری در پیشبینی افسردگی دختران هستند. ارتقای رضایت از زندگی مادران و بهبود وضعیت اشتغال آنان در پیشگیری از افسردگی فرزندان نوجوان میتواند مهم باشد.ل، دانش آموز، افسردگی
