چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بيماري عروق کرونري يکي از عمدهترين علل مرگ ميباشد که رابطه قوي با مشکلات روانشناختي به ويژه خشم دارد. علاوهبراين، کيفيت خواب در بين بيماران عروق کرونري پايين ميباشد. بنابراين، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثيرگروه درماني آموزش مديريت خشم، برکيفيت خواب و خشم بيماران کرونري قلبي مي باشد.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمايشي با پيش و پس آزمون است. 30 بيمار مرد مبتلا به عروق کرونري قلب با روش نمونه گيري هدفدار از بيمارستان امام جعفر صادق (ع) شهرستان اليگودرز در سال 94-1393 انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. درمان گروهي مديرت خشم در طول هشت جلسه (هفته اي يک جلسه، هر جلسه به طور متوسط 90 دقيقه) با مشارکت گروه آزمايش انجام شد. ابزار تحقيق شامل شاخص کيفيت خواب پیتزبورگ (PSQI) و پرسشنامه خشم اسپيلبرگر (2-STAXI) بود. تحليل آماري با استفاده از تحليل کواريانس انجام شد.
یافته ها: تفاوت معناداري بين نمرات ميانگين پيش و پس از آزمون گروه آزمايش در کيفيت خواب 0.001)=P) و خشم (0.001=P) با حذف اثر پسآزمون وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که گروه درماني مديريت خشم با کاهش ميزان خشم و بهبود کيفيت خواب
ميتواند به عنوان مداخله روانشناختي دربيماران مبتلا به عروق کرونري قلب مورد توجه قرار گيرد.
