ارتباط بين فرهنگ ايمني و استرس شغلي در بين کارکنان کارخانه‌هاي مخابراتي

سابقه و هدف: استرس شغلي و رفتار ناايمن به ترتيب به‌عنوان برگ خريدهاي تأثيرگذار در افزايش خطر مشكلات رواني و جسماني در محيط کار شناخته‌شده‌اند. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعيين رابطه بين فرهنگ ايمني و استرس شغلي در بين کارکنان کارخانه‌هاي مخابراتي انجام شد.

روش بررسي: مطالعه حاضر به‌صورت توصيفي و مقطعي در سال 1390 و بر روي 221 نفر از کارکنان کارخانه‌هاي مخابراتي در شهر شيراز صورت گرفت. نمونه‌گيري به‌صورت تصادفي ساده انجام شد. براي رعايت ملاحظات اخلاقي شرکت افراد در اين مطالعه به‌صورت داوطلبانه بود. جمع‌آوري دادهها با پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد استرس شغلي انستيتوي بهداشت رواني آمريكا و فرهنگ ايمني انجام شد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون آماري کاي اسکور و تي مستقل استفاده شد.

يافتهها: 1/56 درصد از افراد موردمطالعه داراي فرهنگ ايمني منفي و 9/43 درصد داراي فرهنگ ايمني مثبت بودند. در 6/79 درصد از کارکنان، استرس بالا گزارش شد. در ارتباط بين فرهنگ ايمني و سطح تحصيلات، ميانگين فرهنگ ايمني در افرادي که تحصيلات کمتر از ديپلم داشتند، در مقايسه با افراد داراي تحصيلات بالا، کمتر بود. همچنين ارتباط بين فرهنگ ايمني و استرس شغلي از طريق آزمون تي مستقل نشان داد که بين اين دو متغير رابطه‌اي معني‌دار و منفي برقرار است  (.(P<-0/001

نتيجهگيري: اثرات منفي بين فرهنگ ايمني و استرس شغلي مي‌تواند بر كارايي و تمركز افراد و متعاقب آن به کاهش بهره‌وري منجر شود.
