بررسي احتمال آلودگي آب ناشي از نشت سرب از لولههاي ترموپلاستيک در شبکههاي آبرساني

چکیده
سابقه و هدف:استفاده از افزودنيهاي مختلف حاوي ترکيبات سرب در توليد لولههاي ترموپلاستيک و رشد فزاينده استفاده از اين مواد در تأسيسات لولهکشي منازل و سيستم توزيع آب، نگراني نشت فلزاتي مانند سرب را به آب آشاميدني افزايش داده است. سرب از فلزات نوروتوکسيک است. اين پژوهش باهدف بررسي احتمال آلودگي آب، ناشي از نشت سرب از لولههاي ترموپلاستيک در شبکههاي آبرساني انجامشده است.
روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه از دو لوله پلي وينيل کلرايد سخت و يک لوله پلياتيلن، ساخت کارخانههاي داخل کشور، به طول 50 سانتيمتر استفاده گرديد. تأثير pH، قليائيت، نسبت جرمي کلرور بر سولفات، جامدات محلول و درجه حرارت آب بر لولههاي ترموپلاستيک بررسي گرديد.
يافتهها: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد که تأثير پارامترها بر لوله UPVC1 منجر به نشتي کمتر از استانداردها گرديد. در لوله پلياتيلن از پارامترهاي pH و جامدات محلول نشتي بيش از استاندارد سازمان حفاظت محيطزيست امريکا اندازهگيري شد. در لوله UPVC2 از غلظتهاي مختلف pH، نسبت جرمي کلرور بر سولفات و دما نشتي بيش از استاندارد سازمان حفاظت محيطزيست امريکا و رهنمود سازمان جهاني بهداشت و استاندارد ملي اندازهگيري شد. نتايج تجزيه و تحليل آماري نشان داد سرب اندازهگيري شده ناشي از تأثير پارامترها بر لولهها با سطح اطمينان%95 تفاوت معنيداري داشت (p<05/0).
نتيجهگيري: با توجه به نقش لولههاي ترموپلاستيک در آبرساني و تأثير پارامترهاي شيميايي آب بر رهاسازي سرب در اين لولهها، نظارت مسئولين بر کارخانههاي توليدکننده لولههاي ترموپلاستيک براي حفظ سلامت جامعه ضروري ميباشد.
