Determining the efficacy of social skills training in treatment of drug addiction in patients refering to Tehran Clinic

Background and Aim: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of group social skill training on drug abuse treatment prognosis.

Materials & Methods :To achieve this goal, 20 available subjects residing at Tehran Clinic were selected. These subjects were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in ten 2-hour sessions and were trained social skills ,and the control group was in the waiting list. Measurement tools consisted of ACIS Questionnaire and laboratory test; Both experimental and control groups were subjected to pre and post tests. Data were analyzed using paired t test, independent t test, Mann-Whitney u test.

 

Results: Results indicated that, the communication and interaction skills in experimental group had  improved significantly  in comparison with control group, also  in the control group of a person suffering from lapse , but none of those two groups relapsed after 1- month follow up.

 

Conclusion: According to our results it can be concluded that social skills training can be used as a suitable tool to increase communication and interaction skills.

 

مقدمه و هدف

هدف از اين پژوهش تعيين اثر بخشی آموزش  گروهي مهارت هاي اجتماعي بر پيش آگهي درمان اعتياد، بود.

مواد و روش ها

بدين منظور از ميان جامعه آماري  افراد مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد مراجعه كننده  به كلينيك تهران به  صورت مورد در دسترس ، 20 نفر كه شرايط ورود به اين طرح را داشته اند، انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفي و به طور مساوي در دو گروه آزمايش و شاهد قرار گرفتند. در اين پژوهش آزمايشي، از طرح پيش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه كنترل استفاده شده است. گروه آزمايش در معرض آموزش مهارتهاي اجتماعي به مدت 10 جلسه 2 ساعته قرار گرفتند و گروه شاهد در ليست انتظار ماندند. از هر دوگروه، پيش آزمون و پس آزمون بعمل آمد. ابزار به كار رفته در پژوهش  عبارت بود از پرسشنامه ACIS، آزمايشات بالینی جهت تعيين عود و لغزش. داده ها به كمك آزمون هاي آماري t زوجي، t مستقل و آزمون u من ويتني تحليل شدند.

يافته ها

پس از يك ماه پيگيري نتايج حاكي از آن بود كه مهارت هاي ارتباطي و تعاملي در گروه آزمايش در مقايسه با گروه شاهد افزايش معناداري داشته است. در گروه شاهد يك نفر پس از يك ماه دچار لغزش شد ولي هيچ يك از افراد در دو گروه عود نداشتند.

بحث و نتيجه گيري

با توجه به يافته هاي موجود مي تون از آموزش مهارتهاي اجتماعي به عنوان روشي مناسب براي افزايش مهارتهاي ارتباطي و تعاملي استفاده كرد.
