کدهاي اخلاقي در آموزش آنلاين

چکیده
کدهای اخلاقي و رفتاري در آموزش شامل ارزشها و اهداف حرفهاي هستند که دستورالعملهايي را براي مربيان در رابطه با عملکردشان ارائه ميدهد. آموزش آنلاين نيز گونه خاصي از رويکردهاي آموزشي بوده، ريشه در ارتباطات مبتني بر کامپيوتر دارد. از آن جايي که اين نوع آموزش به صورت تشکيل کلاسهاي مجازي و از طريق شبکه اينترنتي صورت ميگيرد، چالشهاي اخلاقي خاص خود را داشته، نيازمند ارائه کدهاي اخلاقي در رابطه با عملکرد سيستم آموزشي، مربيان، کارمندان و دانشجويان است. به طور خلاصه کدهاي اخلاقي در آموزش آنلاين شامل: قابليت دسترسي يکسان به اينترنت، بر خورداري از صداقت دانشگاهي، الزام به حفظ حريم خصوصي و محرمانه ماندن اطلاعات افراد، الزام به اجتناب از تقلب در جستجوي آکادميک، الزام به رعايت کپي رايت و استفاده منصفانه از منابع و الزام به اجتناب از تخلفات اخلاقي هستند. هدف از مقاله حاضر، توضيح درباره اين کدهاي اخلاقي در آموزش آنلاين است.
