سهمآورد ابن سینا در روانپزشکی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شیخالرییس ابوعلی سینا پزشک و فیلسوف نام دارایرانی، با وجود عمر نسبتاً کوتاه خود تأثیری شگرف بر تمام علوم در زمان خود و بعد از خود نهاد. به دلیل کمبود مطالعاتی جامع در زمینه دیدگاههای ابن سینا در عرصه بیماریهای اعصاب و روان، بر آن شدیم تا مطالعه حاضر را انجام دهیم.
مواد و روشها: ما جهت بررسی دیدگاههای ابن سینا در زمینه روانپزشکی به مرور جامع بانکهای اطلاعاتی معتبر و کتب مختلف تاریخ پزشکی ایران پرداختیم. همچنین در تمام مجلدهای کتاب قانون ابن سینا کنکاش و مطالعه صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: ابن سینا اولین پزشکی بوده است که مفهوم توهم و هذیان را بیان نموده است. وی همچنین به صورت مبسوطی بیماری عشق را شرح میدهد که در واقع اولین پزشکی است که به نشانهها و علائم اختلال انطباقی اشاره میکند. وی همچنین به اختلال ملانکولی و مانیا اشاره میکند و مانیا را نوع عارضهدار و طول کشنده ملانکولی برمیشمارد. در زمینه طب روان تنی به ارتباط تنگاتنگ سیستم اعصاب مرکزی با دستگاه هاظمه اشاره میکند. در زمینه شخصیت آدمی به مزاجها چهارگانه منشأگرفته از طب یونانی شامل دموی، بلغمی، صفراوی، سودایی میپردازد و این مزاجها را با دقت نظر تشریح میکند.
نتیجهگیری: ابن سینا هم زمان به دو جنبه سلامت جسمی و روانی اهمیت میداد و معتقد بود این دو جنبه سلامتی با هم در تعامل نزدیکی هستند. وی در زمینه بیماریهای روانپزشکی دیدگاهی جامع داشت و به جنبه های زیستی و اجتماعی بیمار توجه داشت.
