بررسی سبک باروری و عوامل تعیینکننده آن در ایران و کشورهای اسلامی: یک مطالعه مروری

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سبک باروری، یکی از پراهمیتترین عوامل در روند رشد جمعیت محسوب میگردد. مرور عوامل مرتبط بر سبک باروری بسیار پیچیده بوده و درهمتنیدگی عوامل به گونهای است که گاهی امکان مرزبندی مشخص بین آنها وجود ندارد. در مطالعه حاضر مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر سبک باروری از جمله، عوامل اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی، اعتقادات دینی، سیاستهای دولتی و عوامل فرهنگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روشها: در یک مطالعه مروری یک جستجوی گسترده در پایگاه دادههای DARE، Google Scholar، PubMed، Psyc INFO، Thomson Reuters (SID)، Cochrane و کتابخانه پزشکی (MedLib) برای یافتن مطالعات مرتبط و واجد شرایط (1990 تا 2016 م.) انجام شد.
یافتهها: در مطالعه حاضر، 14 مقاله با دارابودن معیارهای لازم وارد مطالعه مروری شدند. به طور کلی در مطالعات انجامشده، اعتقادات مذهبی نقش مثبت و تعیینکنندهای در سبک باروری داشتند. سن ازدواج و سن مادر نیز از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر سبک باروری بود. وضعیت اقتصادی پایین، سطح سواد بالا و فعالیتهای فرهنگی نیز جزء عواملی بودند که ارتباط منفی با فرزندآوری داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: برای رسیدن به مناسبترین آهنگ رشد جمعیت و داشتن یک جامعه پویا و متعادل، رشد جمعیت و رشد اقتصادی اجتماعی و فرهنگی باید به موازات هم پیش روند و در طول زمان باید بین آنها هماهنگی وجود داشته باشد.
