تبیین معني حساسيت اخلاقی در دانشجويان پرستاري: یک تحقیق کیفی

چکیده
حساسيت اخلاقي يكي از معيارهاي صلاحيت حرفهاي پرستاران محسوب ميشود و بر عملكرد اخلاقي و ارتقاي ارتباط بين پرستار و بيمار مؤثر است. تاکنون تعريف روشن و صريحي از اين مفهوم ارائه نشده است. اين تحقيق كيفي با هدف تبیین معني حساسيت اخلاقي از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. به این منظور مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با 18 دانشجوي پرستاري انجام گردید و تجزیه و تحلیل محتوا به روش باكستر انجام شد. يافتههاي مطالعه چهار درونمايه هدایت و حمایت درونی، شناخت، واکنش صحیح و پاسخگویی و علاقهمندی را شامل ميشود. حساسيت اخلاقي داراي ابعاد مختلف شامل وجود احساسات فردي، تواناييهاي علمي و توان استدلال و تصميمگيري است كه براي دستيابي به آن وجود ويژگيهاي فردي و آمادگيهاي آموزشي لازم است. این مفهوم میتواند در آموزش و پژوهشهای پرستاری کاربرد داشته باشد.
